~ A BBQ To Remember ~
All of our meat is prepared with a generous massage of our own rub. Each rub was developed by us for that particular type of meat. It is then slowly smoked for up to 10-12 hours over hickory wood and apple chips to develop that perfect flavor of real North Carolina style BBQ. It will fall off the bone and into your mouth!!!
